Livora Shop Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses located in China. We offer two global shipping methods for all speaker orders to match your timeline and budget.

2. Standard Sea Shipping (Economy Option)

  • Transit Time: 10–15 working days after order dispatch (excludes weekends, local public holidays, customs clearance delays)
  • No extra surcharge for this service
  • Suitable for non-urgent orders, bulk wholesale purchases, and regular retail buyers
  • Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking number provided once goods leave our China warehouse

3. Express Air Shipping (Fast Urgent Delivery)

  • Transit Time: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • Urgent order extra fee applies: Air shipping carries an additional surcharge calculated at checkout based on destination country & product weight
  • Recommended for customers requiring fast delivery, event use, time-sensitive gifting
  • Priority customs clearance to minimize hold-ups

4. Urgent Order Terms

Any customer requiring delivery faster than the 10–15 day sea shipping window must select Air Express shipping and pay the associated urgent delivery surcharge displayed at checkout. No rush processing is available for standard sea shipments.

5. Customs & Import Duties

Recipients are fully responsible for any local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees imposed by their destination country upon arrival. Livora Shop does not cover these charges.

6. Shipping Exclusions & Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimated only; delays may occur due to customs inspections, international logistics disruptions, natural disasters, or public holidays. Livora Shop is not liable for compensation caused by uncontrollable transit delays.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer will result in re-delivery fees borne by the customer.
