At Livora Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons
- Digital or downloadable products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at livorashops@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, reason for return and photos if the item is defective or damaged. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at livorashops@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
